Who is the “Ice King”?

Frederic Tudor is his name. In the 1800s, he shipped nearly 12,000 tons of ice halfway around the globe. Tudor harvested ice from the estate’s pond in New England and sold it in the Caribbean. When he first brought it to the islands, it proved to be a tough sell.
